February 15, 2010: Yesterday I got lots of compliments (even a hug) from the employees of the Phoenix Academy of Toledo, a charter school, on the hard work, skill, and attention to detail they observed from our JCI workers. The JCI Group had just spent the weekend moving approximately 300 PCs for Phoenix Academy to a new building at 1505 Jefferson Ave., Toledo. Our part of their move to a new building was:

* Project manage this phase (moving PC hardware only) of the customers' move
* Breakdown existing equipment and label
* Physically move via our truck to the new offices
* Carry to proper desks/offices/classrooms
* Setup PCs (and printers)
* Reconnect to the network
* Test and verify working as expected

Like many of our clients they have their own network administrator, but a project of this size takes more than one skilled person. We provided 8 people and completed the task in 28 hours from noon Friday to Sunday.

If you are moving in 2010 I know we can help you too and make your job much easier. If you have one, your network administrator can be doing the networking tasks that perhaps only he can do. Our people can be doing the tasks above. Together we could accomplish a relocation over the weekend (if that is when you plan to do it).
