Do you offer computer network support?

I thought you only sold Apple Computers?

A common misconception since the JCI Group has been selling Apple Computers since 1980 - longer than anyone in the Toledo area. Although you may have known us as Abacus II, our Apple division is now called the MacCafé. However, we have been selling, servicing, and networking PCs and Windows environments since 1981 too.

What brands of hardware do you sell?

JCI Group is pround to partner with Hewlett Packard, Apple Computer, ShoreTel, Star2Star, Cisco, Netgear, Samsung, APC, Kensington, Tandem Data, Microsoft, Xerox, Lexmark, IBM/Lenovo, Toshiba, Fujitsu, and we can sell most other brands.

What brands of software do you sell?

JCI Group is proud to partner with Microsoft, Symantec, MacAfee, UltraBac, and we can sell most other brands.

What services do you offer?

This is a tough question to answer briefly. JCI Group is an IT consulting firm with a wide range of services, including, but not limited to, PC sales & repair, printer sales & repair, network design, network managment, telephone system sales and installation, and custom software. If you have any IT problem, the best thing you can do is call us. There is going to be a good chance we can help you.

I'd like a training class, can you help me?

That depends. Our training division, Computer Insight, no longer conducts public classes open to individual students. We do however, still have a classroom which we rent, with or without an instructor, to companies looking for training of their employees. We can provide course books and even lunch, if desired. Call to discuss.
